Formulation mission for the Southern African Innovation Support Programme

Sponsored by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.  This involved fieldwork in six Southern African countries and formulation of a transnational programme.

CISNET Innovation project for support of SMEs in the creative industries

This project was developed and then supported byEU Atlantic Area INTERREG programme involving irish, UK, French, Spanish and Portugese partners.  Publications.

Comparative Study of innovation and entrepreneurship systems in Brazil, EU and six member states (German, Belgium,Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Poland)

Recommendations made on the development of new strategies in Brazil for the development of innovative entrepreneurship. Responsible for reports and presentations held in Brasilia.

Formulation of new Innovation Partnerships Programme in Vietnam for Ministry of Science with the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Finland.

This involved an evaluation of the research and innovation system in the country.
